I used a 3.5mm crochet hook & worsted weight yarn to create mine.
Eevee: approximately 11~ inches tall, 9 inches long (head to tail) x 5 inches wide (worsted
weight yarn)
8 inches tall x 6 inches long x 4 inches wide (DK weight yarn).

Flareon: approximately 11~ inches tall, 14.5 inches long (head to tail) x 6 inches wide

Jolteon: aapproximately 10~ inches tall, 11 inches long (head to back end) x 7 inches wide

Vaporeon: approximately 12~ inches tall, 19 inches long (head to tail) x 7 inches wide

Espeon: approximately 13~ inches tall, 16 inches long (head to tail) x 6 inches wide

Umbreon: approximately 12~ inches tall, 14.5 inches long (head to tail) x 7 inches wide

Glaceon: approximately 14~ inches tall, 11 inches long (head to tail) x 5 inches wide

Leafeon: approximately 14.5~ inches tall, 14 inches long (head to tail) x 5 inches wide

Sylveon: approximately 15~ inches tall, 10 inches long (head to tail) x 7~ inches wide
